Mini marathon

As a whole class, we have signed up to the BOP Mini Marathon. This requires us to complete 40km with either the class or independently by ourselves then at the end we head down to the sportsdrome to compete with the other schools and complete the last 2km.
It is not an easy task so it'll take a lot of discipline, training and consistency as well as determination... but we are up for it!
Here's a video of me (struggling 🤣) doing an early morning training and this'll be my 6th km completed! 

Remember the training is not about who's the fastest or who is going to win, it's about getting fit and improving your mental toughness.

  18. this task will help us improve in our fitness and also things like sport and the majority of the class plays a sport either at school or in a club so far I've only done like 2 km since I've had my running tracker....

My km are not going as good but i have completed 3km witch means i need to start running more and doing more training.What i could do is not play the game and go for a run with my dog.All i need to complete is another 37km and then ill be ready to run the mini marathon.It will help me not just in the mini marathon but in all my sports i play.

  24. This will help the class because most of our class plays sports and will help in improving with running i have done 5 km i have just been running with my mum at her training

  29. i have only done 15 km's i know that i can do a lot more then that i just have not been gong out for a ran lately
